The moment you’ve always been waiting for is finally here. That once in a lifetime opportunity, the words you’ve always wanted to hear have arrived. In your email. In your mailbox. At your doorstep. Look. Read it. It’s your personal invitation to dream. Have you read it? Dreamers wanted. You are invited. Can you believe it? The time has come for you to experience more joy and satisfaction than you’ve felt in a long time.
Are you ready? Because you’re invited to come, dream and create with me and with others just like you.
Yes, you on the other side of this screen. You.
You and all of your insecurities. I welcome you, even the parts of you you’re trying so hard to hide.
You and all the reasons why you aren’t good enough, you’re invited. You are enough. Period.
You, the one with the messy home, overflowing closets, an overloaded brain, and just enough crazy hope to keep on dreaming, you’re on the VIP list.
You, the one who never got picked in school, I pick you because I really want you on my team.
You, the one who feels too old and wishes you were two sizes smaller, I choose you because you have wisdom and perspective. I don’t care what size you wear.
You, the one who feels too young, I want you here too. We have no minimum age restriction. I love learning from young hearts like you.
You, the one with a hundred great ideas but no energy to start one of them, please come over and let’s talk. Maybe we can motivate each other.
You, the one who feels like a fraud, yep, I see you and count you in. You’re an artist whether you believe it or not. If you create anything, you’re an artist in my book.
You, the one who wishes you would’ve finished college. Guess what? No degree required. No experience needed. We will work and play and all learn together. Sound good?
So what do you say, will you join us this year and explore the possibilities? Will you RSVP with a yes or no or maybe later? Will you be a part? We don’t bite, well, I don’t anyway. 🙂
This is your official invitation to group of creatives who create, stumble, get back up and try again. This is a group of somewhat crazy, frazzled, fun, fragile broken hearts who are tired of dreaming and ready to take action.
Last call. From me to you, you are officially invited to live your dream right where you’re at, with what you have and grow from there. What do you have to lose? Don’t you think it’s about that time?
As we all know tomorrow is promised to no one, so why keep waiting? And I, for one, do not want to waste another day comparing myself to others, feeling sorry for myself or wishing I were different. I’ve already spent enough years denying my dream. It’s time I pick myself and pick my dream team. Are you in? I’ve never been a club or groupie kind of person, but I do know it’s time I start hanging out with friends just like me. We need each other.
So are you in?
I’ll be waiting to add your name to the “yes” list. Please don’t say “no” again. And if you choose “maybe later,” I’ll be waiting for you. Why? Because I believe in you. And I know your dream is worth doing. Dare I say sooner than later?
And if you read all of this, now you can’t say you’ve never been invited to dream. Because you have.
Tag, you’re it.
